Thomas C. Perry, Jr., P.E., P.L.S.
Mr. Perry graduated
in 1991 with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in
Agricultural Engineering from the University of Florida.
In 1994, Mr. Perry was employed by JPA; prior to that
time he was employed by an engineering firm in Lee County.
In 1997 Mr. Perry became president of the corporation.
Scott F. Jones, P.E.
Mr. Jones graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. In 1999, Mr. Jones was employed
by JPA; prior to that time he was employed by an engineering firm in Tampa.
Franklin A. Shutts, P.L.S.
Mr. Shutts graduated in 1976 from Palm Beach Junior College with a degree in Surveying. He has
worked for the company since 2002 and brings with him over 20 years management experience.
Sommer N. Foster, P.E.
Ms. Foster graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Ms. Foster was employed by JPA in 2008.
Chris E. McAvoy
Mr. McAvoy graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering.
He was employed by JPA in 2016.
